10:00 am – Meet at Mendota Trailhead for some trailblazing.

11:00 am – Ms. Sarah Pacheco, chemistry of breadmaking

12:00  – Ms. Rhonda Gill, G & G Reusable Resources

12:30 –Light lunch provided.

1:00 pm – Ms. Melanie Smith, Frog Watch

2:00 pm - Mr. Mike Pinder and his crew from Virginia Dept. of Wildlife, snorkeling and fish viewing

3:00 pm – Tubing on the North Fork of the Holston (a little less than a mile)

4:00 pm – Bring conference to a close and certificates given
