Tubing & Kayaking
This adventure is for ages 4 and up! Cost includes life jacket, parking, and shuttling. There are 40 tubes available and kayaks available for 13 people.
Shuttling for the Mendota Trail
Park in Mendota and be shuttled to Benhams to hike or ride 7.5 miles downhill to the river. You may also be shuttled to the Bristol Trailhead to enjoy the entire trail.
Riverside Setting for Special Events
Birthday parties and other special events such as small weddings may be hosted at Mendota Expeditions.
Teacher Conferences
In June and July, nature education conferences are held for teachers with various speakers and river activities.

Family-Friendly Fun
River tubing and kayaking on a lazy river are perfect for adventurers at least 4 years of age and older. Tubes may be bungeed together if separation is not desired. Hiking or biking the newly developed Mendota Trail is fun in any season.
Fantastic Activities
If you want to learn about nature, our teacher conferences are first rate. We have also offered day camps for children. It is such a beautiful place to host your special event on the North Fork of the Holston River.
